Mr. Bhoj Bahadur Shah has completed his Master’s degree in Public Administration and has more than 30 years of experience in different organizations. An academician by profession, he is the founder and executive vice chairman of Janata Agro and Forestry Limited (JAFL) and also Senior Vice President of the Confederation of Banks and Financial Institutions Nepal (CBFIN).He is a board member of Sahas Urja Ltd (Solu Khola Hydroelectric Project – 86MW) .He is the founder and outgoing chairman of Mega Bank Nepal Ltd. He also served as the chairman of National Integrated College (Dillibazar), Chairman of Anandabhumi High School (Maitidevi), and Chairman of the SAB Public School. In his decades of leadership, he has also served as the President of PABSON, Vice Chairman of Nepal Taekwondo Association and Vice President of All Nepal School’s Sports Association. Mr. Shah has received the Peace Ambassador Award from UPF, Shikshya Sewa Padak from Nepal Government, Ministry of Education, and the Indo-Nepal Shiromani Award (Global Achievers Foundation, 2015), Lifetime Achievement Award 2079 from Shikshyalaya.

Mr.Tulsi Ram Pokharel has completed his MBA and has 28 years of experience at management and senior management level in banking and more than 30 years of experience in capital markets. Mr. Pokharel  has served Mega Bank Nepal Ltd.  as an acting Chief Executive Officer and has been associated with the bank since its pre- inception. He also played an important role for the establishment of Mega Bank Nepal Ltd, Mega Capital Markets Ltd , Mega Stock Market Ltd,  Prabhu Bank Ltd, Nepal Mega College,  Pasang Lhamu Sherpa Memorial College etc. &  served as a Board member for around five years in Mega Capital Markets Ltd. In his decades of banking career,  he has also served as a CEO of Prudential Merchant Banking and Finance Ltd,  DCEO of Navadurga Finance Co. Ltd  &  MD of Pasang Lhamu Sherpa Memorial College. He has more than 20 years of academic experience as a lecturer at Tribhuvan University. He is founder and promoter of Mega Bank Nepa l Ltd , Prabhu Bank Ltd,  Abhiyan Micro Finance Ltd,  Sanima GIC  Insurance Company Ltd,  Janata Agro and Forestry Ltd  as well as various college.

Mr. Shalik Ram Belbase holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Political Science with more than 15 years of experience in the capital markets .He has more than a decade of experience teaching economics at college level. He also has been involved in the banking sector around 10 years, serving as a board member of Nepal Community Development Bank Ltd. (NCDB), board member of Tinau Mission Development Bank Ltd. He is also a founder and promoter of various financial institutions, school, college and hydropower projects. Currently he is the Board of Directors of  Nepal Investment Mega Bank Ltd. He is also a lifetime member of the Management Association of Nepal (MAN).

An academician by profession, Mr. Rajbhandari holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and has more than 50 years of experience as an educator. Mr. Rajbhandari has been serving as the Founder/Principal of Everest English School (Bhaktapur) since 2039 B.S. Mr. Rajbhandari has served as the Central committee member of PABSON (Kathmandu). He has also served as the National Training Commissioner of Nepal Scouts and the Council Member of the International Jamboree Human Resource Development Centre. Mr. Rajbhandari has received various awards including Dirgha Sewa Padak (Nepal Scouts), Birendra-Aiswarya Sewa Padak, Tanneri Pratibha Samman (Tanneri Prakashan),Education award from the MOE and Lifetime Achievement Awards 2023, from EXITO Education Foundation, Australia. He is also the founder of Sahas Urja Ltd. (Solu Khola Hydro Electric Project – 86MW) and Mega Bank Nepal Ltd.

Mr. Puran Silwal is an entrepreneur with more than 40 years of experience in different industries. Mr.Silwal is the Founder and Chairman of Tinau Top Kitchen Industries (Manufacturer of Diamond and Sonny pressure cooker). He is also the founder/chairman of Shanti Metal Industries, Abhik Enterprises, Triveni Top Kitchen Industries (Balaju), and Simoni Enterprises (Balkhu). He is also the founder & promoter of various commercial banks and financial institutions.
